Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate daily stock records across all branches and warehouse locations
- Process and reconcile stock transfers between locations
- Conduct routine cycle counts and periodic stock audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly
- Ensure alignment between physical stock and system records
- Prepare inventory reports and highlight variances to management
- Support process improvements to strengthen inventory control and loss prevention
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of inventory systems and reporting tools
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
- Integrity and accountability in handling stock data
