Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard new loan customers.
- Assess loan applications and perform credit analysis.
- Conduct customer due diligence and verify supporting documentation.
- Monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and SME clients.
- Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare periodic loan performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
- 2–3 years of experience in lending, credit, or financial services.
- Experience with consumer and SME lending is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
