Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Support 3D modeling and rendering for design presentations.
- Coordinate with team members, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is achieved on-site.
- Research materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with project goals.
- Participate in site visits, design meetings, and project reviews.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Passion for interior architecture and attention to detail
- An eye for materials, textures, and finishes
