Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and scheduled physical inventory counts across all storage areas.
- Compare physical stock with system records to identify variances and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor stock movement, transfers, and usage to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
- Verify the accuracy of deliveries, receipts, and returns by working closely with the warehouse and procurement teams.
- Prepare inventory audit reports and highlight findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies, stocking standards, and audit processes.
- Identify causes of stock shortages, damages, or wastage and propose corrective actions.
- Support month-end and year-end inventory reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation and secure handling of inventory-related data.
