The Internship Coordinator will be the engine room of the Programme, responsible for the end-to-end journey of our interns—from the initial talent hunt to ensuring they exit the programme with measurable skill improvements. You will serve as the primary bridge between the interns, the creative team, and our network of host organizations and mentors.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the funnel of applicants, conducting interviews, and ensuring a high standard for selection.
- Leading the orientation sessions to immerse interns in the FIP culture and expectations.
- Developing and implementing frameworks to track intern progress, evaluating weekly reports, and identifying gaps in their learning journey.
- Acting as the point of contact for host organizations, professional mentors, and industry experts to ensure the "Work Experience" phase is seamless.
- Working closely with the graphics, video, and content teams to document the internship journey for our digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in training, mentoring, or community development.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom Workplace Pro, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with digital content workflows is a plus.
- Exceptional public speaking skills (for leading sessions) and a "problem-solver" mindset.
- Degree in a relevant field (Education, HR, Business, or Social Sciences).
