Intern Facilitator

Job Summary

Your main focus is to work with the Learning & Development team and cross-functional teams to deliver operational support and handle learning engagement on telegram for the Soft Skills Training. This will require creating relevant content including scenario based questions, facilitation on telegram/zoom to soft skills participants which is aimed at driving up the number of endline test takers.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year

● Head of Youth Engagement & Learning

Key Responsibilities

  • Your duty as an Intern Facilitator is mainly to support the activities of the Youth Engagement unit of Jobberman 

  • Take the initiative in driving engagement and participation in the Soft Skills Telegram groups 

  • Encourage participants to complete the online Soft skills training and take the Baseline and Endline assessments 

  • Troubleshoot issues regarding Baseline and Endline assessments 3.5. Complete weekly Volunteer reports 

  • Get people to enroll in the Jobberman Soft Skills Training 3.7. Work with your Group / Core-Facilitator to engage participants in the Telegram groups 

  • Any other assigned tasks by Jobberman Staff

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and effective communicator.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • A proactive approach to working, showing initiative, and seeking appropriate guidance and input from others when needed

  • Can work independently when required, but can also take direction.

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • This entails teamwork, collaboration, and an ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
