Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Insurance Sales Representatives and Sales Managers based in Ikeja. Team members will engage prospective and existing clients, identify their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate products across life, general, and brokerage solutions. Daily activities include prospecting, scheduling and conducting client meetings, presenting insurance options, preparing and submitting applications, and following up to close sales. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records in line with company standards. Sales Managers will additionally coach and support sales teams, track performance against targets, and collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications

  • B.SC/HND
  • Strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices.
  • Proven Customer Service skills, including relationship building and client retention.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ikeja and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or related sales roles is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort using basic digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
  • Relevant professional certifications or licenses in insurance are an advantage.
  • Leadership and team management experience is a plus for Sales Manager positions.
