Job Summary
The ICT, Robotics, and Coding Instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in Information & Communication Technology, Robotics, and Coding. The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity, problem-solving, and innovation in students through hands-on, project-based learning using age-appropriate tools and platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a progressive curriculum for ICT, robotics, and coding tailored to different age groups and learning levels
- Deliver engaging lessons using tools such as Scratch, LEGO® Robotics, Arduino, Micro:bit, Python, and block-based coding platforms
- Introduce students to foundational concepts in computer science, programming logic, and digital literacy
- Organize and guide students through hands-on projects, coding challenges, robotics competitions, and tech showcases
- Maintain and manage robotics kits, tablets, laptops, and coding software used in the classroom
- Monitor student progress and provide individualized support and feedback
- Collaborate with academic staff to integrate technology into interdisciplinary projects
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment that promotes experimentation and innovation
- Stay updated on emerging EdTech tools and recommend relevant improvements to the program
- Participate in training, workshops, and team planning meetings as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Education, or related field
- Relevant certifications in coding or robotics (e.g., Google CS First, Code.org, LEGO® Education, Raspberry Pi, etc.) are a plus
- 1+ years of teaching experience in ICT, coding, or robotics, preferably with children in primary or early secondary school
- Familiarity with educational platforms and tools (e.g., Tynker, Scratch, Blockly, Minecraft Education, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for teaching and working with children
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, engaging ways
- Highly organized, flexible, and innovative in instructional delivery
- Commitment to continuous professional growth
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
- Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or app development (Thunkable, MIT App Inventor)
- Familiarity with 3D design/printing or AI/ML basics for kids
- Experience organizing STEM fairs or tech clubs
