Job Summary
We are hiring a passionate ICT and Computer Science Instructor to teach practical tech skills to secondary school students using Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Ideal candidates can simplify complex topics, create engaging lessons, and guide real-world projects. The instructor will be responsible for creating and teaching lessons that equip students with relevant digital skills using tools such as Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, project-based ICT and coding lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and student assessments.
- Support students in building practical tech projects and digital solutions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive tech-enabled classroom environment.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school's ICT curriculum.
- Encourage the safe and responsible use of technology.
- Set up and maintain classroom IT equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ICT, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical content for young learners.
- Teaching experience with secondary school students is an added advantage.
- Basic IT troubleshooting and system setup skills are desirable.
- Proficiency in Scratch for teaching basic coding.
- Knowledge of Python for beginner programming lessons.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS for simple web development.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides Forms).
- Experience using Canva for digital design projects.
- Good classroom management and teaching skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical topics in simple terms.
- Basic skills in setting up and troubleshooting computers.
