Human Resources Manager
Job summary
The Human Resources Manager will lead and execute all HR functions across UBACLE GROUP, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance, operational efficiency, and a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s strategic growth objectives.
Job descriptions & requirements
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across all business units.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Build a strong talent pipeline for technical and executive roles.
HR Strategy & Organizational Development:
- Align HR strategies with UBACLE GROUP’s business goals and expansion plans.
- Design organizational structures for new business units (e.g., solar, LNG, pharmacy).
- Drive performance management systems and KPIs across departments.
Employee Relations & Culture:
- Foster a professional, performance-driven, and ethical work environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Promote company values and culture across all branches.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee productivity and recommend improvements.
- Support leadership in managing underperformance and rewarding excellence.
Compensation & Benefits:

- Ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing.
- Benchmark compensation with industry standards.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and industry regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Training & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs.
- Drive leadership development and succession planning.
- Organize onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Oversee HR systems, records, and reporting.
- Manage staff welfare, leave, and attendance systems.
- Provide HR analytics and reports to management for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum MSc/MBA
- 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
