Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms and suites to luxury hotel standards.
- Maintain spotless bathrooms, bedrooms, balconies, and assigned public areas.
- Make beds using approved luxury linen and presentation techniques.
- Replenish guest amenities, towels, bathrobes, and room supplies.
- Perform turndown service where applicable.
- Handle guest requests with courtesy, professionalism, and discretion.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and housekeeping SOPs.
- Maintain impeccable personal grooming and professional conduct.
Requirements:

- Exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
- Strong understanding of luxury housekeeping standards.
- Professional demeanor with high respect for guest privacy.
- Physical stamina and time management skills.
- Reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Qualification & Experience:
- OND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
- Prior experience in a recognized luxury or premium hospitality brand is a strong advantage.
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and service standards.
- Basic literacy and effective communication skills.
