Job summary

We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join us. They are responsible for managing, check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Managing front desk operations, processing payments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming, clean lobby area

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls
  • Replying emails
  • Relay guest requests to Housekeeping or maintenance
  • Manage  confirm and cancel hotel bookings via the company software
  • Process payment
  • Handle cash, then verify billing information
  • Offer information on local attractions, transportation, and hotel facilities.
  • Address guest complaints professionally  and efficiently  to ensure satisfaction 


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Minimum of a Diploma
