- Manage confirm and cancel hotel bookings via the company software
- Process payment
- Handle cash, then verify billing information
- Offer information on local attractions, transportation, and hotel facilities.
- Address guest complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Minimum of a Diploma
