Hospitality Supervisor
Job summary
The Hospitality Supervisor is responsible for leading daily field execution across Corinth-managed hospitality properties, including serviced apartments, boutique hotel rooms, short-let units, and premium hospitality spaces. This role supervises Property Cleaning Specialists(PCS) and ensures rooms are cleaned and prepared to Corinth's standard.

Responsibilities:
- Field Supervision: Assign Property Specialists to rooms, units, and client properties.
Room Readiness & Inspection: Inspect rooms after cleaning using Corinth's Room Readiness Checklist and Scorecard.
Quality Control: Identify quality failures, missed cleaning tasks, poor presentation, or incomplete checklists.
Issue Reporting & Maintenance: Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, and operational concerns to the appropriate team.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSC.
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
