Responsibilities:
- Craft cocktails: Create and prepare unique and delicious cocktails and mocktails.
- Menu development: Assist in developing and updating menus.
- Ingredient management: Source and manage ingredients, including spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
- Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff to create a unique and memorable experience.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to liquor service.
- Marketing and Publicity: Will be involved in promotion, Market research, pricing, distribution, and advertising of the Lounge.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND.
- No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
