Head of Sales (MFB / Finance House Experience)
Job summary
NairaPoint is seeking an experienced and target-driven Head of Sales to lead revenue growth across our loan and investment products. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Microfinance Bank or Finance House, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team while driving customer acquisition

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute NairaPoint’s sales strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
- Drive sales pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting
- Design and implement sales incentives, performance tracking, and coaching structures
- Work closely with Operations and Risk teams to ensure quality loan onboarding and repayment performance
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand product reach
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvements to sales approach
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal sales policies
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
