Job summary
We are seeking highly motivated, intelligent, and career-driven Graduate Trainees to join our dynamic organization. The Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to develop future professionals across multiple business units, including Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Solar & CCTV Installation, Digital Marketing, ISO Management Systems Auditing, and Professional Training Services. Successful candidates will undergo structured training, mentoring, and practical exposure. Placement into specific functional areas will be based on educational background, professional interests, prior training, demonstrated competencies, and organizational needs.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Graduate Trainees may be assigned to one or more of the following departments:
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Develop proposals, presentations, and business plans
- Support client acquisition and retention strategies
- Prepare bid documents and tender submissions
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships
Sales & Marketing:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Conduct client visits and product/service presentations
- Prepare quotations and sales reports
- Monitor sales targets and performance metrics
- Support branding and promotional campaigns
Solar & CCTV Installation (Technical Trainee):
- Assist in solar panel system installations and maintenance
- Support inverter and battery system setup
- Participate in site inspections and load assessments
- Assist in CCTV camera installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical specifications
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and manage social media content strategies
- Create digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Perform SEO and website optimisation activities
- Manage email marketing campaigns
- Monitor analytics and generate performance reports
- Design basic marketing creatives (where applicable)
ISO Consulting & Auditing:
- Support implementation of ISO Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Assist in documentation development (manuals, procedures, SOPs)
- Participate in internal audits and gap assessments
- Prepare audit reports and corrective action follow-ups
- Support management review documentation
- Assist in client training and awareness sessions
Professional Training & Capacity Development:
- Assist in organising training programmes and workshops
- Prepare training materials and presentations
- Coordinate participant registrations and logistics
- Support certification and accreditation processes
- Conduct research for course development
- Deliver presentations under supervision (where applicable)
Programme Structure:
The Graduate Trainee Programme includes:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any of the following or related disciplines: Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy), Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science / IT
- Economics, Management Sciences, Environmental Science, Industrial/Production, Engineering, and other relevant fields
- NYSC completion or exemption certificate (where applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, internet tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Team-oriented mindset
- Integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior training or certification in Solar Installation
- Digital marketing certification (Google, Meta, etc.)
- ISO awareness or internal auditor training
- Technical field experience
- Graphic design or content creation skills
- Sales experience
