Job Summary
We are seeking a Fulfillment Officer who is responsible for coordinating, processing, and monitoring customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role supports warehouse operations, ensures inventory accuracy, and maintains smooth communication between internal teams and delivery partners.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Monitor order statuses and resolve delays or discrepancies promptly.
- Update inventory records and report stock shortages or variances.
- Ensure all fulfillment activities follow company standards and SOPs.
- Handle customer or internal inquiries relating to orders and deliveries.
- Prepare daily/weekly fulfillment reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
- Identify and separate damaged or incorrect packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics operations (preferred).
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (ERP, WMS, or MS Office).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
- Good communication skills.
