Responsibilities:
- Supervise drivers, logistics coordinators, and station teams.
- Plan and optimize routes, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Monitor fleet performance, vehicle maintenance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and transport regulations.
- Track and report operational metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Lead incident management, service recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in logistics, transport, or mass transit operations.
- Proven ability to manage multi-team operations in a busy environment.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics/fleet management software.
- Willingness to travel to oversee field operations.
- Physically fit and able to handle hands-on operational tasks.
