Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

• Supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch
• Ensure accurate stock records and implement regular physical stock counts
• Coordinate incoming materials from procurement and outgoing deliveries to customers
• Maintain order accuracy and enforce proper stacking, labeling, and storage protocols
• Track truck loading activities and ensure dispatch documentation (waybills, delivery notes) is complete and accurate
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to align logistics with daily operations
• Monitor warehouse safety and enforce the use of PPE and proper material handling techniques
• Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure discipline, efficiency, and accountability
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to reduce handling time and inventory loss
• Use ERP systems (preferably Odoo) for inventory movement tracking and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or HND in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-3 years experience in warehouse or logistics supervision (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and dispatch tracking
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment with strict process compliance
• Willingness to live on-site in Awka is an advantage
