The Shipping and Logistics Officer coordinates shipping, clearing, and forwarding operations to ensure timely cargo movement and delivery. The role involves managing FORM M, PAAR, and other customs documentation, tracking shipments, liaising with clients and logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with import/export procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping, clearing, and forwarding operations.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain shipping and customs documentation.
- Handle FORM M, PAAR, and related import/export documentation.
- Liaise effectively with clients, customs agents, transporters, terminals, and vendors.
- Support cargo assessment processes, including B’Odogwu assessments where applicable.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in shipping, clearing, and forwarding.
- Practical knowledge of FORM M, PAAR, and customs documentation processes.
- Sound understanding or hands-on experience with B’Odogwu assessment procedures.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office and relevant logistics systems).
- Smart, presentable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
