The Procurement and Logistics Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods, services, and resources that keep our operations running efficiently. This role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on logistics coordination, identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating cost-effective contracts, and overseeing timely delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service in the inventory team.
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and costs efficiently.
- Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations.
- Arrange and plan out the warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
- Supervise, coach, and train the inventory team.
- Comply with laws, regulations, and OHS&E requirements.
- Coordinate installation, training, and services for existing customers to increase satisfaction.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
