Responsibilities:
- Manage Daily Delivery Operations - Coordinate, assign, and monitor all dispatch activities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Supervise Riders - Oversee rider performance, ensure compliance with operational standards, and handle daily communication.
- Coordinate Order Fulfillment - Ensure accurate order processing, packaging, dispatch, and proper handling of returns.
- Track Deliveries & Resolve Issues - Monitor delivery progress in real time and quickly resolve delays, failed deliveries, or operational challenges.
- Handle Customer & Client Communication - Respond to delivery-related inquiries, provide updates, and maintain a professional service experience.
- Report & Improve Operations - Track key metrics, prepare reports, and identify areas for operational improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
