Front Desk Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive front desk Officer who will serve as the first point of contact for clients while ensuring smooth daily office operations. The ideal candidate must be customer-focused, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting administrative and social media functions.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Front Desk:
- Welcome and attend to walk-in clients professionally
- Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails
- Provide accurate information on pricing, services, and delivery timelines
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Follow up on deliveries and customer feedback
Operations Support:
- Record daily shipments and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with drivers and operations team
- Track deliveries and update customers accordingly
- Prepare daily reports on inquiries and completed deliveries
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical)
- Manage office supplies and logistics materials
- Assist management with scheduling and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in any related field
- 1 year of experience in front desk role (logistics experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must reside along Karu, Mararaba, Nyanya Axis
