Job summary
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-presented Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reception activities, welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive and professional first impression of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to visitors and clients professionally and courteously.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, receiving deliveries, and maintaining visitor records.
- Provide support to other departments when necessary.
- Ensure proper communication between visitors and staff members.
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience in a similar role is acceptable.
- Must be presentable, confident, and well-spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of office tools and administrative processes.
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: NGN 150,000 Net
Work Schedule: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)
