The brand is looking for a Front Desk/Admin Officer to join its team.

Job Responsibilities:
● Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival
● Provide administrative support across the organization.
● Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
● Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
● Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
● Inform clients about new services and discounts
● Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochure)
● Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
● Manage our call centre
● Maintain a tidy reception area
Job Requirement:
● Proven work experience as a Front desk officer
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
● Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. POS, printers)
● Professional attitude and appearance
● Solid written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
● Excellent organizational skill
● Customer relations skills
Work Hours:
10 am – 7 pm Tuesday – Saturday
1 pm – 7 pm Sundays
Remuneration:
N50,000 – N80,000
