Job summary
We are seeking a qualified candidate who is expected to possess basic knowledge of front desk office duties and should be able to work without supervision.

- Assist in daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Manage and organize files, records, and data for easy access and retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
Requirements:
- Diploma certificate.
- Basic knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office packages such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Not less than 1 year of work experience.
- Preferably single.
- Resident in Lagos.
