Our client in the power and energy services industry is seeking a smart and professional Front Desk Officer to manage the reception area and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Provide administrative support to different departments when required.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Keep accurate records and handle basic documentation tasks.
- Ensure smooth daily front desk operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must reside within proximity to Ebute-Metta, Lagos.
Location: Ebute-Metta, Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
