Front Desk Officer
Job summary
As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Officer will play a key role in shaping their overall experience. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage reservations, bookings, and cancellations accurately.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Uphold the hotel’s service standards, policies, and brand image at all times.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ relevant experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS systems (an advantage).
