Job summary
We’re looking for a smart, organized, and personable Front Desk Officer to be the welcoming face of our organization. You’ll manage front desk operations, handle calls and correspondence, and support HR and Admin teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first line of contact for all visitors and callers, ensuring a warm, professional welcome and prompt assistance.
- Manage all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to appropriate staff or departments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it reflects the company’s brand and is always neat and organized.
- Coordinate deliveries, mail, and correspondence efficiently.
- Support meeting coordination and room scheduling for internal and external engagements.
- Provide general administrative and logistical support to HR and Operations teams as needed.
- Assist in onboarding activities by directing new hires, maintaining visitor logs, and ensuring proper documentation flow.

- Minimum of HND or equivalent qualification in Administration, Business, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfort using digital tools or scheduling platforms.
- Professional appearance, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate or tech setting.
