Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and articulate Front Desk Officer who will be responsible for managing front office operations while also supporting our business development activities.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and phone inquiries.
- Greet guests professionally and ensure a welcoming office environment.
- Manage reception area, incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Assist with the coordination of office activities, supplies, and daily operations.
Requirements:
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
- Capable of pitching the company’s services to prospective clients both in-person and remotely
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist/Administrative assistant
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to confidently pitch and explain business offerings to clients
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A professional appearance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
