The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. The role involves managing front office operations, handling inquiries, coordinating communication, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols
- Provide basic information about the company’s services and direct inquiries to relevant departments (e.g., technical support, sales)
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and operations
- Monitor office supplies and request replenishment when necessary
- Support administrative functions when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or OND/HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
