The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. The role involves managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where necessary
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND
- 0-1 year of previous experience in a similar role
