Job summary
In this role, you will be responsible for providing front desk coverage and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, support routine administrative tasks, and assist in maintaining an organized and professional office environment.

- Receiving and attending to visitors, clients, and enquiries professionally.
- Managing front desk operations and correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls and enquiries professionally.
- Providing administrative support and assistance as assigned.
- Assisting with documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Supporting office operations during the absence of the Administrative/HR Manager.
- Participating in content creation and being camera-friendly when required for company content.
- Ensuring the office environment is neat, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
