Job summary
The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients at Hephzibah Eye Care. This role is responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, and delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining administrative accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Patient Reception & Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide information about services, procedures, and basic policies
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the EMR system
- Verify insurance details and assist with basic billing queries
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Maintain daily appointment logs and reports
- Coordinate patient referrals and follow-ups
Office Operations:
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment
- Assist clinical staff with documentation or administrative support when required
- Follow clinic protocols, confidentiality policies, and data protection standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
