The candidate will be responsible for managing service providers, coordinating maintenance, vendors, and workers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all physical spaces, including accommodations, halls, offices, and storage areas
- Ensure all equipment, utilities, and infrastructure (electricity, water, HVAC, lighting) are functioning efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure the facility reflects the brand’s aesthetic and operational standards at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and enforce safety procedures and emergency response plans.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments across all facility areas.
- Maintain records of safety checks, incidents, and compliance requirements.
- Manage relationships with service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, waste disposal, etc.)
- Source, negotiate, and oversee third-party contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
