Job Summary

We are looking to employ a sales rep for an automotive company immediately. Prior experience is required, and proximity to the Ajegunle bus stop on Ikorodu Road is very important. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and selling products and services to achieve sales targets. Candidates will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Presenting products or services to potential and existing customers, demonstrating their value, and negotiating contracts and prices.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas, tracking sales activity, and reporting on performance.
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Following a defined sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Working with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer service to achieve sales objectives.


Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in relevant fields.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, effectively present information, and negotiate effectively.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and analyze sales data.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
