Job summary

The Executive Assistant will support the CEO across multiple businesses, including One Diverse Design, Arteasy Nigeria, and Blue Creations Media. These companies operate in architecture, construction, retail, branding, and media, and require strong coordination, structure, and accountability. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the CEO based in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating business operations, following up with teams, and ensuring smooth daily execution of tasks and projects.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Follow up with staff, consultants, and partners on deliverables
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  • Organize files, contracts, and business records
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution
  • Support project coordination and administrative tasks
  • Handle confidential information professionally
  • Assist with personal and business-related tasks when required


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and proactive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong administrative and documentation abilities
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Excel, Email Management)
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills


Work Mode:

  • Full-Time (Physical / On-site)
  • Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: On-call (As required)


Remuneration: NGN Competitive (Based on Experience)


Location: Lagos (Close proximity to Somolu/Yaba axis is an advantage)
