Executive Assistant
Job summary
We are looking for a versatile Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a conglomerate with interests in Events Management and Lubricant Distribution. This role requires a dynamic individual who can switch between creative event planning and industrial distribution operations.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support: Manage the CEO’s schedule, prioritizing tasks across the Events division and Lubricant division.
- Events Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events; liaise with vendors, venues, and clients; manage event timelines.
- Distribution Oversight: Support the CEO in tracking lubricant stock levels, coordinating with sales teams, and monitoring delivery schedules to clients (workshops, fleets, industries).
- Correspondence: Draft professional emails, proposals for events, and supply agreements for lubricant clients.
- Project Management: Follow up on key projects across both business units to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an EA, with proven experience in the Events Management or Oil & Gas/Lubricant sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask between two distinct business verticals.
- Excellent negotiation skills (for vendors and suppliers).
- Must be tech-savvy (CRM tools, Microsoft 365, Project management software).
- Must reside in Port Harcourt (D-Line).
