Job summary

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO and Lead Strategy Consultant, supporting executive operations, business development coordination, documentation, and program execution across Caladium Consulting and affiliated initiatives. The role requires strong writing ability, structured thinking, discretion, and execution discipline.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and priorities.
  • Prepare briefs, reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Track decisions, action items, and follow-ups across meetings
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries


Documentation & Corporate Secretariat:

  • Handle correspondence related to enquiries, proposals, and Letters of Engagement.
  • Support proposal development and client documentation.
  • Maintain organised databases for projects, staff, and expenses.
  • Maintain and continuously improve documentation and filing systems.
  • Assist with policy documentation and governance frameworks.


Operations & Coordination:

  • Track deliverables across client and internal projects to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate internal workflows and follow-ups to ensure decisions translate into execution.
  • Support the planning and execution of company programs, workshops, and events.
  • Document and improve internal processes, templates, and workflows.


Content Support:

  • Develop slides and content for training, facilitation, and speaking engagements.
  • Support documentation for strategy sessions and workshops.


Project & Program Management:

  • Support coordination and delivery of client projects.
  • Help manage company programs and communities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • 0–3 years of experience (NYSC experience acceptable).
  • Strong writing, documentation, and organisational skills.
  • close attention to detail and reliability.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Proficiency.
