- Lead event planning/execution
- Assists in developing timelines, budgets, and risk
- Create assessments and resource plans
- Assists in managing logistics (venues/vendors/travel/tech)
- Ensure programs/events are delivered on scale/time
- Support high-level investment/trade events
- Bachelor's/Master's in Event Management/Hospitality
- 3–5 years in event leadership/logistics;
- Operational excellence in local/international events
- Donor-funded experience advantage.
- Good with budget control/cost efficiency.
