Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through online (LinkedIn, Apollo, email outreach) and offline (proposals, client visits) channels.
- Present and demonstrate enterprise software solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, founders, and organizational decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals to target companies across industries such as schools, hospitals, hotels, real estate, and more.
- Meet monthly targets for demos, client engagement, and closed deals.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and progress in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in Lagos.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-orientated.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, or enterprise sales will be an advantage.
