Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging learning activities that promote learning and development
- Create a supportive, stimulating and inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs and abilities of all children
- Observe, assess and write children's progress report
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for children
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching practices that align with the school's curriculum standards
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Participate in staff development and school events.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a B.Ed or NCE qualification or both with at least 3 years of work experience.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualised learning plans
- Ability to interact and engage positively with staff and pupils
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
