Job Summary
We are looking for creative and enthusiastic Drama Instructor who love working with children and can deliver engaging, performance-based lessons. This role is part-time and flexible, with coaches working per hour in various partner schools during the week and 3 hours on Saturdays for our signature Young Actors Saturday Club.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver fun, structured drama classes based on our curriculum (improvisation, storytelling, expression, confidence building, etc.).
- Teach in different assigned schools during the week on an hourly schedule.
- Facilitate engaging activities during the Saturday Young Actors Club (3 hours).
- Guide students in performances, skits, and creative projects.
- Create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for all children.
- Communicate progress and concerns to the program lead when needed.
- Ensure punctuality, professionalism and alignment with the values of Young Actors Club.
Requirements:
- Prior experience teaching drama, performing arts, or working with children (classroom or informal).
- Strong communication and improvisation skills.
- Ability to manage a group of children with confidence and warmth.
- Creative, energetic and passionate about children’s development.
- Must be available to work weekdays (per hour) and Saturdays (3 hours).
- Ability to travel to different school locations when assigned.
- Background in theatre, acting, dance, or performance arts.
- Experience with lesson planning or children’s programs.
- A flair for creativity, storytelling, and performance.
