Digital Sales Executive

This role is built for closers. We care about targets met and revenue generated, not activity for activity's sake. If your strength. We're not looking for someone who's "great at sales." We're looking for someone who closes. If you can shoot a video that stops the scroll and sign the deal before the week ends.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Own your sales targets plan, execute, and hit them. Every month.
- Create high-converting video content that attracts and warms up leads on social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts — you pick what works).
- Prospect, pitch, and close clients using digital tools — DMs, email sequences, video pitches, and calls.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from awareness to payment received.
- Report on performance weekly: what's working, what's not, what's next.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and offers based on market feedback.
- Proven ability to close sales: not just generate conversations, but convert them to revenue.
- Strong on-camera presence, you can shoot, script, and edit short-form videos that generate interest and drive action.
- Deep familiarity with social selling: LinkedIn outreach, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp follow-ups, content funnels.
- Self-driven with a target-first mindset, you track your numbers and take ownership of outcomes.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
- Minimum 1 year of digital sales or social media sales experience (results matter more than titles).
