Customer Service Supervisor
Job Summary
Interact with customers to provide basic or scripted information in response to routine inquiries about product and services as well as handle and resolve general complaints.

Job Description/Requirements
1. Overall coordination of Cargo front line operations at the terminals (Front desk, Assessment, Delivery point and customer service unit)
2. Attending to major terminal Cargo inquiries, objections and complaints
3. Drafting daily and monthly reports on major customer inquiry, complaints, objections and suggestions (Tabular Report format)
4. Confer with customers' by telephone or in person to provide information about product and services
5. Take or enter orders , cancel account, or obtain details of complaints
6. Maintain relationship with Insurance company to register and process claims
7. Ensure 100% compliance with cargo SOP by all front line staff at the terminal
8. Any other duty as may be assigned by relevant authority
