Job Description/Requirements
∙ Requirements:
∙ Candidate must have minimum of B.Sc. in either Media and communications, Psychology, Public relations or any related field
∙ Candidate must have minimum of 2 years working experience in the role of Customer service in an IT firm
∙ Candidate must show a proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
∙ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∙ Time-management abilities
∙ Familiarity with Client Relationship Systems (CRM)
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
∙ investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing, that have been passed on by customer service assistants
∙ Handle multiple tickets, solve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
∙ analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing
∙ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
∙ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents ∙ Must be able to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
