Job Summary
We are looking to hire a customer service representative to manage customers' day-to-day activities, queries, and complaints. train other team members. You will also assist in making sure the team adheres to company policies, resolving customer complaints, leading the team, and organizing the team’s schedule. You will also be asked to process orders, and modifications, and escalate and resolve complaints.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring company policies are followed.
- Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
- Attending to customers and resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
- Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
- Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Overseeing retail inventory.
- Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
- Taking disciplinary action when necessary.
- Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
- Maintaining merchandise and a visual plan
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Carry out customer satisfaction surveys.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a male candidate
- Minimum academic qualification of an HND in any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- The candidate must reside on the island or lekki axis
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
