- Manage all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
- Facilitate social media communities by responding to customer enquiries across platforms
- Write copy for marketing materials
- Receive and process customer orders

- First degree with proven experience in a similar role.
- The ability to seamlessly use computers, social media tools, and Microsoft Office is mandatory.
- A candidate who resides in Ikeja environs would be preferred as proximity to the workplace is important.
