We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Manage all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
  • Facilitate social media communities by responding to customer enquiries across platforms
  • Write copy for marketing materials
  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication


  • First degree with proven experience in a similar role.
  • The ability to seamlessly use computers, social media tools, and Microsoft Office is mandatory.
  • A candidate who resides in Ikeja environs would be preferred as proximity to the workplace is important.

Salary: NGN 50,000
