Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives, and build positive relationships with customers and business associates.
- Analyze customer behavior, and write and present customer behavior reports.
- Gather information on customer complaints, and develop effective retention strategies based on customer feedback.
- Negotiate with customers to renew contracts
- Meet with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions.
Requirements:
- Either an HND or BSc in any Business or Management course
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong Conflict Resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- 1 - 2 years of experience
Remuneration: NGN 50,000
