Responsibilities:
After-Sales Service:
- Act as the main contact post-installation
- Coordinate maintenance, service visits, and ensure minimal downtime
- Manage warranties and SLAs
Issue Resolution:
- Own and resolve customer complaints end-to-end
- Escalate when needed and keep customers updated
- Relationship Management
- Build strong client relationships, drive retention, and identify upsell opportunities
Prospecting:
- Generate leads through research, cold calls, and outreach
- maintain a pipeline
Customer Engagement:
- Handle inquiries, educate customers, and support onboarding
Internal Coordination:
- Work with technical and operations teams to deliver seamless service
Reporting:
- Track customer issues, service performance, and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
